How do I care for my 3D printed product?

Avoid temperatures above 140°F/60°C to prevent deformation. Clean with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place. If storing for long periods of time, store in a sealed container to prevent warping and moisture absorption. Do not apply excessive torque or force on any part of the model. 3D printed items are designed for everyday use but may not be suitable for extreme conditions or heavy stress. Additionally, some 3D-printed items may not be appropriate for unsupervised young children and could break under excessive force or if dropped. Handle with care to ensure longevity.

What level of quality can I expect from 3D printed products?

We pride ourselves in providing our customers with higher quality printed products and have a quality control process implemented. However, slight imperfections may occur due to the unique nature of the printing process, so if you have questions or concerns about the quality of your product please reach out to us with your concerns and pictures of the issues and we will address them promptly and accordingly.

How do you handle shipping delays/lost mail?

Once we have fulfilled your order properly, we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. However if you find your package is stuck in transit, reach out to us and we will submit a claim with the shipping service we used. If submitting a claim is not enough to get things moving again, then we will continue working with the shipping service until either your package arrives or we can request a refund on your behalf (please note: this process can take several weeks).

Can I return my 3D printed product?

Custom Colors (not personalized): Returns and replacements are accepted on custom color orders. Please email us to see if your order qualifies for a return.
Personalized Orders: Due to being personalized, these orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

What size are your products?

We try to include reference and measurement images for each of our products, however if you have additional sizing questions please email us at dannys3dprints@gmail.com and we can provide more details.

Do you offer wholesale?

Do you offer gift packaging?

We do not currently offer gift wrapping services, however please contact us if you have any special packaging requests and we may be able to accommodate.
